Features:
- Three Turn Signal Timing Modes - self canceling.+ Hazard Mode - non-self canceling.
- Non-Load Dependent Flash Duration - flash time constant whether using incandescent or LED lighting.
- Dependable Solid-state electronic components.
- Weather Proof - potted with soft cell technology to prevent wire chaffing and damage.
Four Unique Turn Signal Modes of Operation
Mode 1 : Press turn signal button for 1 second, turn signal lights will flash for 7 seconds, then self cancel. This mode is usually used when changing lanes.
Mode 2 : Press turn signal button for 2 seconds, turn signal lights will flash for 20 seconds, then self cancel. This mode is usually used when slowing down to go around a corner.
Mode 3 : Press turn signal button for 4 seconds, turn signal lights will flash for 75 seconds, then self cancel. This mode is usually used when stopping at a signal light and turn will be made after stopping.
Note: All three modes above can be cancelled by pressing the same turn signal button a second time.
Mode 4 : Hazard Mode - is available all the time and will flash until cancelled. To engage, depress both the left and right turn signal buttons for 1 second. To cancel, depress both buttons again for one second.

*Due to the added running lights feature on the Penta-star XP module, please note that if you have turn signal indicators on your dash they will remain partially illuminated at all times while your engine is running, and increase to full intensity when turn signals are in use.

I use this self canceling turn signal module in my Lotus Seven inspired sports car. It is another element that makes the car fun! I have an
(on)-off-(on) momentary throw toggle switch to activate left or right turn signals. Flick it .. turn and drive on ..... For the 4 way hazard I have a
momentary pull hazard switch. Alternatively a pushbutton and a diode would serve the same function. This circuit will simplify dash design by
allowing a car builder to ditch a heavy steering column. In addition it simplifies wiring because the timer and resistors are built-in so it works
with regular incandescent lamps and LEDs. Also some steering wheels feature holes for two pushbuttons to keep your hands on the wheel at all times.
Brilliant circuit .. I recommend it to all Lotus Seven inspired sports car drivers and Lotus builders for the above reasons. Rob Mitchell, Atlanta,
