Our first concern is to fill orders accurately and quickly. While we make every effort to ship on a same day basis for orders called in by 2:00 PM, this is not always possible. If order is required by a specific date, please inform our customer service / sales department, and we will give you an estimate of ship date. Please refer to Price List for correct part numbers.
PRICES
Refer to current Price List for any price changes which may occur. Prices may be subject to change due to causes beyond SDC control. We strive to maintain pricing consistent with parts costs and product integrity.
RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY
1. Part(s) returned must have a Return Merchandise Number Authorization (RMA). Phone to obtain RMA # prior to shipping. Reference RMA # on the return shipping box.
2. Enclose copy of invoice.
3. Part(s) must be returned undamaged and in perfect condition that may be resold as new within 30 days of original purchase date to receive full refund or credit. Refund or Credit will be issued only upon inspection of returned part's condition.
4. Returned Merchandise received after 30 days from original invoice date are subject to approval and will incur a 15% handling and restocking fee.
5. Special order item(s) and part(s) made to order or cut to length can not be returned.
6. Shipping charges must be prepaid.
7. Return shipments to Signal Dynamics Corp. should be returned to the address at the bottom of this page.
SHIPPING / BILLING ERROR
Every effort is made to correctly invoice and ship part(s) specified by customer. Shipping errors are kept to a minimum by maintaining strict quality control, maintained by double inspection of all orders shipped. If a shipment is received containing an incorrect part(s):
1. Immediately notify customer service of error.
2. A RMA number will be issued for the return of incorrect part(s) - see Return Merchandise policy.
3. If exchange part(s) is/are required prior to return of incorrect part(s), customer will be charged and credit will be issued upon return of part to SDC.
4. Replacement part(s) is/are shipped UPS Ground or US Mail only. If customer requests expedited service, difference of
standard versus expedited shipping fee will be charged to customer.
5. If exchange part(s) is/are backordered, customer has the option of waiting for backordered item or requesting a refund. Refund or Credit is issued when undamaged and packaged part(s) is/are received by SDC.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
All orders are packaged with great care. However, if order is received from UPS in damaged condition, please report this information to UPS at (800) 742-5877 prior to notifying us. UPS must see damaged package to inspect for claims purposes. If package is received from any other shipping source or post office, contact us toll free at (800) 785-1814 or (904) 342-4008. Please have your invoice number available for reference.
SHORTAGES
Any errors in shipments must be reported within five (5) days of receipt of order. All orders are packaged with quality control management. Failure to make claims for shortages within five days of receipt of part(s) will result in ineligibility for remedy and customer will be liable for invoiced charges.
TERMS
All orders are shipped prepaid with Visa/Mastercard or C.O.D. (company check only on C.O.D. orders - NO personal check on C.O.D. orders).
If order is prepaid, with a personal check, allow five (5) business days for check to clear prior to Shipment of order.
DEALER ELIGIBILITY
Dealer must provide a current copy of their sales tax exemption certificate and/or business license. This can be faxed to (904) 819-0733 or mailed to: SDC, 150 HILDEN ROAD, SUITE 312, PONTE VEDRA, FL 32081.
WARRANTY
Signal Dynamics Corporation is the manufacturer / distributor of BackOFFTM products and accessories. Refer to each part for the warranty guidelines of that individual part. All decisions regarding the repair or replacement of the item are the sole responsibility of SDC.
